You're Blocked! Teigen Latest Celeb Twitter Blocked by Trump
Celebrity Twitter feuds can be petty, but now they can turn presidential.
Chrissy Teigen has found herself added to the list of celebrities blocked by President Donald Trump on Twitter, according to a tweet from the model.
"After 9 years of hating Donald J Trump, telling him 'lol no one likes you' was the straw," Teigen wrote on Tuesday.
President Trump apparently decided to unfollow the model after her response to a tweet on Sunday, where the president criticized Republicans for doing "very little" to protect him.
Teigen finds herself in growing company. A number of other celebrities and groups who have criticized the president on Twitter have found themselves blocked on the social media site.
Trump may soon find himself in legal hot water for blocking Teigen and for that matter...anyone else. A group of Twitter users blocked by Trump sued him earlier this month arguing his Twitter account is tantamount to a public forum that he not legally able to block people as a government official.

Dallas Cowboys Player Cut After 'Arrest' Now Cleared By Police
Police say the man arrested for a petty theft in Prince William County, Virginia, last month was not Dallas Cowboys player Lucky Whitehead.
The news comes a day after the team cut the wide receiver.
The Prince William County Police Department told multiple outlets that Whitehead was arrested on June 22, at a Wawa convenience store, after an employee noticed he tried to leave the store without paying for some items.
Whitehead failed to appear for his arraignment for the incident on July 6, which led to a subsequent charge, according to police records.
But on Tuesday, police announced there had been a mistake.
Police say the suspect did not have identification on him at the time of the arrest and gave officers a name, date of birth and social security number that matched Rodney Darnell Whitehead Jr.
Officers then compared the man in custody to a photo from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles database.
"Officers acted in good faith that, at the time, the man in custody was the same man matching the information provided," the Prince William County Police Department said Tuesday.
Police say they are now working to clear Whitehead from the investigation.
David Rich, Whitehead's agent, told ESPN that Whitehead did not commit the crime and wasn't even in Virginia when the theft happened.
Whitehead, 25, was in the news last week when he said he returned to his Dallas home to find out his dog was being held for ransom. The situation was resolved after Whitehead told NBC 5 the dog was returned to him, without payment.

'Lady Blue Eyes' Barbara Sinatra Dies at 90
Barbara Sinatra, the fourth wife of legendary singer Frank Sinatra and a prominent advocate and philanthropist for abused children, has died at 90.
John Thoresen, director of the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center, says she died Tuesday of natural causes at her Rancho Mirage, California, home.
A former model and Las Vegas showgirl, Barbara Sinatra was a prominent Palm Springs socialite in her own right before she married Sinatra in 1976.
They remained wed until his death in 1998.
Together they founded the center that bears her name.
The nonprofit has provided therapy to more than 20,000 young victims of physical, sexual and emotional abuse since opening in 1986.
Thoresen says Sinatra remained active at the center until recently, raising funds and visiting with the children.

Fox News Host Ambushed With Water at Brooklyn Bar
Fox News host Kat Timpf was drenched with water in an apparent assault targeting the 28-year-old at a friend's campaign event in Brooklyn, N.Y. Monday evening.
Timpf, a libertarian co-host on "Fox News Specialists," was attending an event hosted by her friend and Brooklyn Borough presidential candidate, Ben Kissel, at Union Pool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn when a man walked into the bar and dumped a bottle of water on her head, and then in her face.
The host described the encounter in a series of tweets, citing a "cruel climate" as the motivation behind the attack.
"I'm getting hate from people on all sides of the aisle bc have views that don't fit in with any particular party," Timpf wrote.
A police report has been filed to investigate the incident, but the man accused has not been found.

Dead Heavy Metal Icon Ronnie James Dio Will Tour as Hologram
Late heavy metal icon Ronnie James Dio is set to tour again in hologram form.
Rolling Stone reports the "Dio Returns" world tour kicks off in Helsinki on Nov. 30 and comes to the U.S. in the spring. Dio's widow, Wendy, says the hologram "gives the fans that saw Ronnie perform an opportunity to see him again and new fans that never got to see him a chance to see him for the first time."
Dio died of stomach cancer in 2010 at the age of 67.
In addition to his self-titled band, Dio fronted Black Sabbath for a time.
Dio isn't the first dead performer to return to the stage as a hologram. Holograms of Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur and Eazy-E have been showcased in recent years.

Cox, Jenner Slam Trump for Transgender Military Ban
Two of the most famous transgender celebrities in the country responded harshly Wednesday following President Donald Trump's tweet that transgender people will be banned from U.S. military service in "any capacity."
Laverne Cox, star of "Orange Is The New Black" and a vocal advocate for transgender rights, tweeted "My fellow trans Americans despite what some may say your existence is valuable. Your lives, safety, & service matter. #TransIsBeautiful".
Caitlyn Jenner, who has previously identified herself as a Trump supporter, tweeted "There are 15,000 patriotic transgender Americans in the US military fighting for all of us. What happened to your promise to fight for them?"
Kristin Beck, a retired Navy SEAL who is transgender, told Business Insider Wednesday: "Transgender doesn't matter. Do your service."
"Being transgender doesn't affect anyone else," Beck said. "We are liberty's light. If you can't defend that for everyone that's an American citizen, that's not right."
Beck served in the Navy for 20 years, according to Business Insider.
While Cox and Jenner are two of the more high profile transgender celebrities to speak out, a host of other celebrities also took to social media condemning Trump's actions.

Kid Rock Says He'll Create Non-Profit for Voter Registration
Kid Rock is diving deeper into politics and creating a nonprofit organization to promote voter registration among Americans, the musician announced in a statement on his website late Wednesday.
"The one thing I've seen over and over is that although people are unhappy with the government, too few are even registered to vote or do anything about it," Kid Rock said in the statement, about two weeks after he first hinted that he may run for U.S. Senate in Michigan.
The statement was later added to his kidrockforsenate.com website.
Though the rocker offered no further specific details of his future group, Kid Rock explained that he wants to raise money for the cause and help people register to vote at his concerts. He also said that he wants profits from his merchandise to fund the cause as well.
In addition, Kid Rock plans to hold a news conference "in the next six weeks or so" to address his cause, his possible Senate bid and other issues, the statement concluded.
Kid Rock, who was born Robert Ritchie and lives in suburban Detroit, first teased a 2018 Senatorial bid on July 12 on social media, confirming the authenticity of the kidrockforsenate.com website.
The site is a single page with a link to buy merchandise on the website for his record label, Warner Bros. Records.
After Kid Rock's July 12 post, Republican officials in Michigan said the party had not heard from the musician about a potential run.
Kid Rock endorsed Mitt Romney in 2012 and Donald Trump in 2016, even visiting now-President Trump at the White House in April this year.
In Michigan, Democratic Sen. Debbie Stabenow is up for re-election in 2018, while Republican candidates include former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Bob Young Jr. and businesswoman Lena Epstein.

Transgender Comedian Challenges Trump's Military Ban
President Donald Trump’s ban on transgender people in the military has drawn criticism from both sides of the aisle on Capitol Hill, and late Wednesday it drew backlash from a “Tonight Show” correspondent, who is a transgender comedian.
After introducing news of the ban to his audience, host Jimmy Fallon welcomed Patti Harrison to offer her opinion and take on president’s decision.
And she held nothing back.
“As a trans person, it’s hard to articulate exactly how I feel,” Harrison told Fallon. “But I guess if I had to describe it I’d say, ‘Donald you’re so stupid.’”
Earlier Wednesday, Trump took to Twitter to announce a major policy change in the U.S. military, saying that "the United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military."
He reasoned that the government "cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail," though studies and officials have refuted those claims.
While talking with Fallon, Harrison admitted that perhaps the president just isn’t well-informed about the LGBTQ community.
“I don’t even think Trump knows what transgender means,” she said. “He probably thinks transgender people are those cars that turn into robots.”
The comedian then defended the “amazingly brave trans people” who should be able to join the military, as well as those who are already serving or who have in the past. She gave a shoutout to Kristin Beck, a retired Navy SEAL who served for 22 years and earned numerous medals, including the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
Harrison concluded by challenging Trump’s notion that transgender service members cause a disruption in the armed forces.
“I get it,” she said. “If you constantly draw attention to yourself, spend all day distracting everyone and cost tax payers millions of dollars, the perfect job for you isn’t the military, it’s the president of the United States.”

Prince William Working Last Shift as Air Ambulance Pilot
Prince William is working his last shift as a pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance Thursday, the royal said in a letter published in the Eastern Daily Press.
William has piloted medevac missions for two years for the charity in Southeast England. In a previous statement, the Palace said William is stepping away to focus on his royal duties and charity work.
"These experiences have instilled in me a profound respect for the men and women who serve in our emergency services, which I hope to continue to champion even as I leave the profession," William wrote for the Eastern Daily Press. "I am hugely grateful for having had this experience."
The Duke of Cambridge went on to detail some of the "daunting incidents" and "appalling tragedies" he has witnessed as a service member of the EAAA.
Prior to working with the EAAA, William served for seven years in the Royal Air Force. He gained his wings in 2008 and worked as a search-and-rescue helicopter pilot from 2009 to 2013, NBC News reported.
William is part of a long line of military members in his family. His brother, Prince Harry, as well as his father (Prince Charles), grandfather (Prince Philip), and grandmother (Queen Elizabeth II) all served in the British armed forces.
William's job change comes as his grandfather is expected to perform his final royal duty on Aug. 2. The Palace had said Philip is retiring from his royal duties but may attend certain events with the Queen afterward.
