World Wrestling Entertainment's Leon White, known to fans as Big Van Vader, announced Tuesday he was given less than two years to live by his doctors.
White announced the news on Twitter saying, "I am only now allowing this as part of my reality."
According to White, 61, his doctors say that his heart wore out from football and wrestling. He says he has congestive heart failure.
During his career White won several titles, most notably the WCW World Heavyweight Title three times, as well as WCW US Heavyweight title.
Fans lamented White's news, sending him words of encouragement on Twitter.
