The North Bergen Police Department got a huge thank you from Shirlene Quigley when she dancer and her father stopped by police headquarters on Thursday.

The 32-year-old and her father, Brad Quigley, thanked the members of the detective bureau for finding her and reuniting her with family, the New Jersey police department said.

"We are beyond pleased this situation has come to a successful conclusion," police wrote in an Instagram post. "The North Bergen Police Department wishes Shirlene health, happiness and success in all of her future endeavors."

Quigley, who lives alone in North Bergen, vanished near the Port Authority Bus Terminal at around 1 a.m. Sunday after making a cryptic comment to friends.

Rihanna and Missy Elliott posted emotional pleas on Instagram for information on the whereabouts of Quigley, who has also performed with Beyonce.

North Bergen police said in an Instagram post Tuesday evening that the dancer was found safe with the help of NYPD. She was at an undisclosed medical facility, and her father flew in from Los Angeles to reunite with her.

In the post on Thursday, police said the public outcry was instrumental in helping to find Quigley.

"The outpour of concern and assistance from the community and celebrities alike was quite touching. We could not have done it without their help," police wrote.
