It's not everyday a celebrity shows up at your local sandwich shop. But when Liam Neeson’s in town, anything’s possible.
Big Star Sandwich Co. in New Westminster, British Columbia, put a sign outside its shop that said "Liam Neeson eats here for free." The actor is currently filming his upcoming movie, "Hard Power," in the area.
The shop posted a photo of the sign online and soon enough, Neeson actually showed up, asking "Where’s my sandwich?" according to The Globe and Mail, a Canadian news site.
A spokesman for the shop told The Globe and Mail that Neeson posed for some photos, but didn’t take them up on the offer for free food.
